Ibiza Party Pack — General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Identification of the Seller

The sale of the Ibiza Party Pack products is carried out by the corresponding distributor, seller, or operating company (the "Seller").

For customer support or legal inquiries, customers may contact the Seller through the official sales channel or contact information provided at the time of purchase.

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products sold under the brand Ibiza Party Pack.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Products

The Ibiza Party Pack may include different products, accessories, promotional items, and entertainment materials depending on the specific edition or package purchased.

Product images, descriptions, and contents are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the final delivered product.

The Seller reserves the right to modify product presentation, packaging, or contents without prior notice, provided that such modifications do not materially affect the nature or value of the product purchased.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be indicated separately before completion of the purchase.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applicable to the customer shall be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

The Seller may refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• suspected fraud,
• payment authorization failure,
• incorrect pricing due to technical error,
• product unavailability,
• or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Accepted payment methods may vary depending on the sales channel.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers within the EU)

If the customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable European Union legislation, they may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product, without providing justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Seller within the applicable period through the contact method provided by the Seller.

Returned products must:

• be unused,
• remain in their original packaging,
• and be returned in resalable condition.

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• personalized products,
• sealed products unsuitable for return once opened for hygiene or safety reasons,
• or products excluded under applicable legislation.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

Customers must inspect products upon receipt.

Any defect, damage, or missing item should be reported to the Seller within a reasonable period after delivery.

Where required under applicable law, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

8. Promotional Items and Scratch Cards

Certain Ibiza Party Pack products may include free promotional items, including scratch cards or giveaways.

Such promotional elements are provided free of charge and do not constitute paid gambling or lottery participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages,
• loss of profits,
• delays caused by third parties,
• force majeure events,
• misuse of products,
• or circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, product names, packaging designs, images, and promotional materials associated with Ibiza Party Pack remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.

11. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the purchase process shall be processed in accordance with applicable Spanish and European data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Customer data shall only be used for purposes related to order processing, customer service, legal compliance, and legitimate business operations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising in relation to the purchase of Ibiza Party Pack products shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under law.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an Ibiza Party Pack, the customer confirms acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
