Ibiza Party Pack — Scratch Card Promotion

1. Promoter

This promotional campaign is organized by the distributor and/or seller of the Ibiza Party Pack (the "Promoter").

2. Nature of the Promotion

The scratch card included inside selected Ibiza Party Pack products is a free promotional item provided exclusively for advertising and promotional purposes.

No separate payment, surcharge, additional cost, or specific consideration is required to participate in the scratch card promotion. The scratch card is included free of charge as part of the Ibiza Party Pack.

This promotion is intended solely as a commercial and promotional activity and does not constitute gambling, betting, or a regulated gaming activity under Spanish Law 13/2011 of 27 May on Gambling Regulation, specifically pursuant to Article 3(i) regarding "combinaciones aleatorias con fines publicitarios o promocionales."

3. Eligibility

Participation is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of participation. By participating, the customer confirms compliance with this age requirement.

4. How the Scratch Card Works

Each scratch card contains three concealed symbols or icons.

Participants must scratch all designated areas to reveal the symbols. A card is considered a winning card only when all three (3) revealed symbols are identical.

If the three symbols match, the holder is entitled to receive the corresponding prize, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prizes

Prizes may vary depending on the promotional campaign and availability.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace any advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value where necessary.

6. Redemption of Winning Cards

To claim a prize, the original winning scratch card must be presented in complete and legible condition.

7. Odds of Winning

Winning cards are randomly distributed among production batches of the Ibiza Party Pack. The number and type of winning cards may vary.

Participation does not guarantee a prize.

Any fraudulent conduct, tampering, reproduction, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of scratch cards may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
